Booking & Cancellation Policies:

* For online booking, card details are taken on the time of booking.

* Phone call booking, full payment via bank transfer is mandatory to secure booking. (*except for EBSR & GGMP Peels, 50% non-refundable deposit is taken to secure booking).

* 24 hour cancellation occurs a full payment, 48 hour cancellation occurs 50% of total payment.
